Watching solo leveling one of the first things that caught my eye was the fitness routine. It reminded me a lot of one punches man workout except without the hair loss. Workouts like these is what every protagnist needs to go from an NPC to MC.

(watch for a better explanation)

Pros

By: Solo Leveling

So first off let’s start with the pros of this workout. Its a great beginner friendly workout routine that works the upper and lower body. When comes to being overall fit it is important to add in cardiovascular work like the one subscribed in this workout. Special when your giving out has many fades as Singwoo has.

Cons

By: Hot Yoga Machine

The thing about the solo leveling workout is that there isn’t anything for your back and rear delts like pull-ups or rows. Leading you agonists muscles( muscles that are under load) in the front to be pulling on the antagonist muscles( muscles that are opposite of the muscles being worked) because there under develop. Which can lead to shoulder pain and so on. So it’s best to incorporate so time of pulling like a a hundred pull-ups or rows.

There is also the cardio. While cardio is a good thing depending on when you do it will determine how much energy you’ll have for your strength session. So it’s important to focus on the strength routine first before the cardio.

Doing a 100 squats as a newbie lifter may help you in the beginning but as you progress your going to need more stimulus on your muscles because of how big they are. It’s important to change the variation, add tempo or reps to keep intensity high.

Then there are the sit-ups. While this exercise does work the rectus abdominus, I would incorporate other ab exercises like the hanging leg raise or hollow body holds as these exercises get easier.

Conclusion

While this workout plan is a great one for someone wanting to start working out, as an experienced athlete it’s best to change up the exercises to increase intensity. The best workout plan isn’t the perfect one but one that you do consistently and make little changes over time. If you enjoyed this article, share it with a friend.
